How to put a form on my website?

You have 2 options to add your form to your website. The first one is putting the link on your page that will display your form; and the second one is using the code that will create a button that when clicked, will display your form in a popup.

Single Page vs Multi-Step Forms

You have 2 types of display for the form that you will share, a single page or a step-through.

How to style my Form?

Go to https://app.sinapi.io/ and log into your Sinapi account
Click on Forms -> Your Forms option on the menu
Under Your Form page, find the form that you want to edit and click on the Edit button
On the edit page, click on the Styles Option of the slide-out menu
On the Styles slide-out menu, you must click on the + New Theme button. By default is selected a default theme
On the Form Styles page, you will see a sample form preview on live. You have several styles to choose from
After completing your custom Theme, click on the Save Theme button

How to customize the Website Button?

Go to https://app.sinapi.io/ and log into your Sinapi account
Click on Forms -> Your Forms option on the menu
Under Your Form page, find the form that you want to edit and click on the Edit button
On the edit page, click on the Styles Option of the slide-out menu
On the Styles slide-out menu, select the Website Button tab
On the Website Button page, you can change the text of the button, the background, the text color, the font style, the corners radius, and the paddings. You will see a preview button on live
Then click on the Save Button

How to upgrade or downgrade my account?

Go to https://app.sinapi.io/ and log into your Sinapi account
Click on your account and select the Subscription option
Under the Subscription Details page, you can see your Active plan, and you can change it, pressing the Change Plan button
Confirm and pay the change plan by pressing Pay

How to recover a lost password?

Go to https://app.sinapi.io/ and on the login screen, click on Forgot Password?
On the next screen, type your Sinapi account email address and press Send Email
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
Once you get the email, click on the Confirm button, this will open a page to change your password
Type your new password and confirm it, then click on the right arrow button
You can now log into Sinapi again using the password you created

How to add users to my account?

Go to https://app.sinapi.io/ and log into your Sinapi account
Click on the Account option on the menu
Under the Users table, click on the + Add New link
Type the new user email and choose the Role and the Workspace
Click the Invite User button, to send the email with the invitation

How to add roles and permissions to users?

Go to https://app.sinapi.io/ and log into your Sinapi account
Click on the Account option on the menu
Under the Users table, find the user that you want to Role
Click on the 3 dots menu and select Modify
Click the Edit Profile button
Choose the role that you want for the user and press Save Profile
